House we are rebuilding from scratch!  2 new bathrooms, kitchen, even added a 3rd bedroom - this house was completely STRIPPED - nothing -I repeat NOTHING was left - to include a complete rewire and re-plumbing. Walls, floors etc... really this has been a complete BUILD of a house-all it had was some walls and a non working fireplace (we fixed it)! DEFINITELY would be easier to build a house-but a huge profit they will make here!
